I believe in 'article is a mistake, as the chart on page 2 regarding the K scale gives the same color temperature at sunrise and sunset.
Obviously this is not possible because we all see that Iun has a picture taken at dawn to the color blue (the color temperature that is greater than the 5500 K reference), while the photo taken at sunset has the color veso red (the color temperature and index decreased significantly below the 5500 K reference) taken as a reference to 5500 K daylight average
